Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CUL4B (Cullin 4B) is a member of the Cullin protein family, which plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, a key regulator of protein degradation and cellular homeostasis. The CUL4B protein is involved in mediating the degradation of specific substrates through ubiquitination, a process that tags proteins for destruction, thus influencing various cellular processes such as cell cycle regulation, DNA repair, and signal transduction. Research into CUL4B has gained momentum due to its association with several human diseases, including cancer, where its aberrant expression can lead to uncontrolled cell proliferation and tumor progression. Additionally, CUL4B has been implicated in X-linked intellectual disability and various developmental disorders, highlighting its significance in human health. Investigations into the structural and functional properties of CUL4B are aimed at elucidating its mechanisms of action, potential interactions with other cellular components, and its role in disease pathogenesis. Understanding CUL4B function not only enhances our knowledge of the cellular ubiquitination machinery but also offers potential therapeutic avenues for targeting CUL4B in disease contexts, making it a subject of keen interest in molecular and clinical research.
