Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ADAMTS7, a member of the A Disintegrin and Metalloproteinase with Thrombospondin Motifs (ADAMTS) family, has gained attention in biomedical research due to its involvement in various physiological and pathological processes, including cardiovascular diseases and arthritis. This secreted enzyme plays a significant role in the proteolytic processing of extracellular matrix components and interacts with growth factors and cytokines, influencing cellular behaviors such as migration, proliferation, and apoptosis. Recent studies have identified ADAMTS7 as a key player in the regulation of vascular remodeling and inflammation, linking it to the development of atherosclerosis and other vascular-related conditions. Genetic studies have also associated polymorphisms in the ADAMTS7 gene with the risk of coronary artery disease, underscoring its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. The recombinant protein expression of ADAMTS7 provides a valuable tool for elucidating its functional roles and mechanisms in disease, facilitating the identification of therapeutic strategies to modulate its activity. By investigating ADAMTS7 through recombinant protein studies, researchers can better understand its contributions to pathophysiological processes, paving the way for innovative approaches to combat cardiovascular-related disorders and improve patient outcomes.
