Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LYPLA1 (lysophospholipase 1) is a key enzyme involved in the metabolism of lysophospholipids, which play significant roles in various biological processes, including cell signaling, inflammation, and immune response. Research has shown that LYPLA1 is implicated in several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The recombinant expression of LYPLA1 protein allows for detailed studies of its enzymatic activity, substrate specificity, and interactions with other biomolecules. Understanding the structure and function of LYPLA1 at a molecular level can provide insights into its regulatory mechanisms and involvement in pathological conditions. Furthermore, the production of recombinant LYPLA1 can facilitate the development of biotechnological applications, such as drug design and disease modeling. As interest in lysophospholipids and their derivatives grows, characterizing LYPLA1 through recombinant protein techniques is crucial for advancing our comprehension of its biological significance and therapeutic potential.
