Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KLHDC4 (Kelch domain-containing protein 4) is an emerging player in the field of molecular biology and cell signaling, characterized by its unique Kelch domains that are believed to mediate protein-protein interactions. Recent studies have highlighted its importance in various physiological processes, including cellular proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Notably, KLHDC4 has been implicated in the regulation of the immune response, where it may play a role in modulating inflammatory pathways. Understanding KLHDC4’s function at the molecular level could provide new insights into its potential contributions to diseases, such as cancer and autoimmune disorders. Given the increasing interest in leveraging protein-based therapies, the recombinant expression and purification of KLHDC4 is essential for both functional studies and therapeutic applications. Researchers aim to elucidate the structure-function relationship of KLHDC4, which could ultimately lead to the development of novel diagnostic tools or targeted therapies. The ongoing investigations into KLHDC4 are poised to uncover significant biological mechanisms and pave the way for innovative treatment strategies in various pathologies.
