稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SPINK5L2, a member of the serine peptidase inhibitor (SPI) family, has garnered attention due to its potential role in skin homeostasis and barrier function. It is primarily expressed in keratinocytes and is thought to play a crucial role in the regulation of serine proteases, which are involved in various physiological processes, including inflammation and wound healing. Dysregulation of SPINK5L2 has been implicated in several skin disorders, such as atopic dermatitis and psoriasis, highlighting its relevance in dermatological research. The characterization of SPINK5L2 as a recombinant protein enables detailed studies of its structure, functional properties, and interactions with other proteases in vitro. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying SPINK5L2's action could provide insights into therapeutic approaches for skin diseases, making it a significant target for research in both basic and applied sciences. Additionally, recombinant SPINK5L2 can serve as a valuable tool in the development of skin care products and treatments aimed at restoring skin barrier integrity. Researchers are focused on elucidating its biological functions, which may contribute to novel strategies for managing skin health and addressing dermatological challenges.
