Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TIEG1 (TGF-beta Inducible Early Gene 1) is a member of the immediate early gene family that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. It is particularly associated with responses to TGF-beta signaling, which is vital in regulating immune responses, fibrosis, and cancer progression. Aberrant expression of TIEG1 has been linked to several pathological conditions, making it a significant focus of research. The study of recombinant TIEG1 protein aims to elucidate its biological functions and mechanisms of action in cellular pathways. By producing and characterizing TIEG1 in a laboratory setting, researchers can investigate its role in modulating gene expression and influencing cellular behavior. This research holds potential for therapeutic applications, particularly in developing strategies for controlling fibrotic diseases and cancer, where TIEG1 modulation could restore normal cellular function or inhibit disease progression. Furthermore, recombinant TIEG1 can serve as a valuable tool for high-throughput screening assays to identify small molecules or other agents that can modulate its activity, offering insights into novel therapeutic avenues. Overall, understanding TIEG1's function through recombinant protein research is essential for revealing its contributions to health and disease, ultimately paving the way for innovative clinical applications.
