稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The CX43 (connexin 43) protein is a critical component of gap junctions, which are specialized structures that facilitate direct communication between adjacent cells. Its role in cellular communication is essential for various physiological processes, including tissue homeostasis, development, and synchronizing cellular activities. Research unveils that alterations in CX43 expression and function are implicated in several pathological conditions, including heart disease, cancer, and neurodegenerative disorders. Given its significance, the recombinant expression of CX43 has become a pivotal area of study, allowing researchers to investigate its structure-function relationship, interaction with other proteins, and its potential role in disease mechanisms. Additionally, recombinant CX43 can provide insights into the therapeutic prospects of modulating gap junction communication to restore normal cellular function. As a result, the study of CX43 recombinant protein aims not only to enhance our understanding of intercellular signaling but also to explore innovative approaches to combat related diseases by targeting gap junction integrity and functionality. This research is vital for developing novel therapeutic strategies that leverage the role of connexins in maintaining tissue health and mitigating disease progression.
